Legal policies

Effective September 2, 2026. ONE SEAT is operated by US Freight Service Inc., a Georgia corporation doing business as ONE SEAT (“ONE SEAT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Privacy Policy

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account or using ONE SEAT, including your name, email, account identifiers, truck and business information, loads, routes, mileage, brokers, expenses, receipts, notes, and documents you choose to store. We may also collect device, browser, security, diagnostic, and approximate or precise location information when you use location-based features and grant permission.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, provide and improve ONE SEAT, calculate and display business information, store user-selected records, process subscriptions, prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors, communicate about accounts, and comply with law.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the service, including Supabase for authentication and cloud data, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for subscription payments, and Google Maps Platform for address and route features. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. ONE SEAT does not receive or store full payment-card numbers entered through Stripe.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers as needed to operate ONE SEAT, when you direct us to share it, to protect users and the service, in a business transfer, or when required by law.

Retention and security

We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for operations, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement. No internet or storage system is completely secure. Keep independent copies of records needed for taxes, audits, compliance, or business continuity.

Your choices

You may edit or delete supported records inside ONE SEAT. You may request account or data assistance by contacting us. Location permission can be changed in device settings, but related features may stop working.

Children

ONE SEAT is a business service intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the service if you are under 18.

Terms of Service

Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, subscribing, or using ONE SEAT, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, activity under your account, and promptly reporting unauthorized access. Do not share an account in a way that defeats subscription limits.

Permitted use

You may use ONE SEAT for lawful trucking-business organization and planning. You may not misuse the service, interfere with security, access another user’s data, upload unlawful or malicious content, reverse engineer protected components, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.

Your records

You retain ownership of information and files you submit. You grant us a limited right to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for having permission to store or share third-party information.

Availability and changes

The service may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, or error-free calculations. Keep independent backups of important business and compliance records.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful conduct, material breach, or misuse. You may stop using the service and cancel future renewal as described below.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONE SEAT is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or noninfringement. US Freight Service Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for ONE SEAT during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they apply only to the extent permitted.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Georgia law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not otherwise resolved must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Georgia, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these policies. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the service or email. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance.

Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy

Plans and automatic renewal

The monthly plan is $39.99 per month and renews monthly. The yearly plan is $275 per year and renews yearly. Applicable taxes may be added. Stripe processes payments.

Canceling

To cancel, use any cancellation method made available through Stripe or ONE SEAT, or email usfreightsvcinc@gmail.com from the email associated with your account. Request cancellation before the next renewal date. We may ask for reasonable account verification.

Effect of cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access continues through the end of the billing period already paid, unless access is terminated for misuse or law requires a different result.

No refunds

Payments are non-refundable, including partially used monthly or annual periods. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time, except when required by law or when we expressly agree to correct a duplicate or erroneous charge.

Price changes

We may change future subscription prices with advance notice as required by law. A price change will not alter an already-paid billing period.

Operational and Safety Disclaimers

Not an ELD or legal log

The ONE SEAT HOS/Driver Clock is a planning helper only. It is not an electronic logging device, record of duty status, or substitute for an FMCSA-compliant ELD, official log, carrier instruction, or applicable hours-of-service rules. Always verify duty status and remaining hours using your official ELD/log.

Maps, mileage, and location

Addresses, routes, mileage, truck stops, weigh stations, and location information may be incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for a commercial vehicle. ONE SEAT is not truck-specific navigation. Drivers remain responsible for road restrictions, bridge heights and weights, hazardous-material restrictions, weather, closures, permits, and safe route selection.

Profit, expense, and tax estimates

Load signals, profit, revenue, mileage, expenses, fuel estimates, and reports depend on user-entered data and assumptions. They are estimates, not guarantees, accounting advice, tax advice, investment advice, or a promise that a load is profitable. Consult qualified accounting and tax professionals and retain original records.

FMCSA, maintenance, and fault information

Compliance summaries, violation codes, maintenance reminders, and fault-code explanations are general information only. They are not legal, mechanical, safety, or regulatory advice and do not authorize operating an unsafe vehicle. Follow official agency guidance, carrier policies, qualified mechanics, and emergency instructions.

Third-party services

Links and integrations may open independent services such as Stripe, Google Maps, Supabase, Vercel, FMCSA resources, banks, payment apps, or load boards. We do not control their availability, content, terms, or security.
